I was facing many difficulties in my day-to-day life due to diabetes and weight-related problems. I came to know about the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-Day Challenge through a friend. When I learned that this challenge would start from 31st May, I took a firm decision to participate. Although my family members and friends were not very confident initially, I decided to take up this challenge with full dedication.
I followed complete discipline throughout the program—shared meal photos, updated my exercise and activity details, and adopted the habits taught in the program.
Final results after 90 days:
HbA1c: Initial 7.8 → Final 6.5
Weight: Initial 67.3 kg → Final 63.4 kg
Waist: Initial 100 cm → Final 98 cm
Other improvements:
My enthusiasm increased, positive thinking improved, and my self-confidence grew. The biggest realization of my life was learning to control food cravings, develop discipline, and improve my overall mindset.
I sincerely thank Dr. Dixit, Pathak Madam, and Kavita Madam for their continuous guidance, motivation, and support throughout this entire journey.
