I came to know about Dr Dixit lifestyle from my sister-in-law. I started to follow this lifestyle with the intention to lose weight. While starting, my weight was 83 kg. I was shocked and made my mind to lose weight at the earliest. I joined the group in 2020 after submitting my reports. I was always pre-diabetic. By meticulously following Dr Dixit lifestyle I lost weight by 6 kg and reduced Hba1c to 6.2 from 6.5%. I have successfully completed two weight loss challenges; 5th in 2023 and 7th in 2025.
