I was struggling with diabetes and obesity for the past 7-8 years post my 50th birthday. Diabetes brought along all the lifestyle issues like thyroid, BP, weight gain, cholesterol which had a major impact on my daily life and I was shattered. Diabetes also impacted my eyesight and I went through cataract surgery in both my eyes. During the Corona period, my HbA1c shot up from 7.5 to 11.5% in less than two weeks of getting infected. I started with intermittent fasting and that made a good impact to reduce my weight from 86 to 78 KGs and also brought my HbA1c close to 7 % in a few months. But I could not go below that. I had also gone through Dr. Dixit lifestyle videos but I could not sustain the lifestyle beyond two weeks on my own; on a few occasions.

In April 2025, I decided to give it a try and managed to eat 2 meals a day for a month. After talking to Meghana Bhide Madam, I learnt about the challenge starting 1st June 2025, I made a firm decision to participate. This time, I was determined to give it my all. And what happened after that is no less of a miracle.
I stayed fully committed — sharing meal photos, exercise updates, and following the discipline taught in the program.

In the first month, my HbA1c reduced from 8.7 to 7.9%, fasting insulin went down from 18.6 to 13.1 unit and I lost 3 Kg weight.
In the following months, I could see a steady reduction in all these parameters.
By the end of the 90 days:
HbA1c: [8.7] → [6.3] %
Weight: [76] → [67] Kg
Waist: [114] → [104] cm

Other improvements: Medicine reduced by the DRC doctor. Became pre-diabetic from diabetic person.

One of the biggest realizations for me was the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle consistently. I have achieved excellent control over food cravings and tea addiction with this lifestyle. Plus I feel more confident to follow this lifestyle even for a lifetime.

I sincerely thank Dr. Dixit, Meghana Bhide, Karishma Salvi, Vivek Kulkarni and all the crew members of this team for their constant guidance and support. I am indebted to Dr. Dixit for bringing such wonderful changes in the life of thousands of people; my heartfelt thanks from the bottom of my heart.
