I have been struggling with obesity since my childhood. During the Lockdown I gained a lot of weight and lost muscle mass in my legs. I lost capacity to walk and stand. So I left my school job. I was on the verge of getting Bariatric Surgery done. I tried the Satvic Life Style, but due to regular intake of too many fruits, juices, dates, cashews and coconut milk my body developed diabetes and fatty liver which gave me a dull pain in my right abdomen all day.
I came across Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and 90-Days Challenge through YouTube. When I learned the challenge would begin on 1st June 2025, I made a firm decision to participate. Though my family and friends were unsure, especially due to upcoming festivals like Jain festival Paryushan and Ganpati, I was determined to give it my all. I stayed fully committed — sharing meal photos, exercise updates, and following the discipline taught in the program. Although I couldn’t go for walks I did chair Workouts.
In the first month, I lost 2 kg weight, HbA1c decreased from 6.6 to 5.9. In the following month, there was further weight loss of 2 kg, HbA1c reduced to 5.7 and 2kgs weight loss in the 3rd month.
By the end of the 90 days:
HbA1c%: 6.6→5.6
Weight: 110 → 104 Kg
Waist: 139.7→132.8 cm
My urine infection got cured. Frequent urination stopped. So, sleep quality has improved. Walking and standing capacity has improved a lot. Skin is clear, joint stiffness is gone. I can dance now! I’m so HAPPY!
One of the biggest realization for me is that gaining self-control over cravings is so easy with Dr. Dixits Lifestyle. Building Discipline is very important to live a Happy and Healthy Life.
This weight loss challenge was so enriching and a Transformational Experience. I have realized that eating a complete and balanced meal is so important.
‘No means No’ applies to sugar also.

Now I’m never going to go back to my old lifestyle.
