My Transformation Story

Since childhood, I have been struggling with being overweight which significantly impacted my daily life. I never followed a specific diet plan; I just went to the gym four to five times a week. My weight would decrease, but if I took a break—say, a month due to exams—it would often increase, sometimes exceeding my original weight. This went on until May 2025. One day, I came across the Dr. Dixit Lifestyle and the 90-Day Challenge through YouTube, which focused on diabetic reversal and weight loss. When I learned that the challenge would start on June 1, 2025, I made a firm decision to participate. Despite my family and friends being unsure, especially with upcoming festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, I was determined to give it my all.

I joined Dr. Dixit Lifestyle 7th challenge under the guidance of Dr. Satish Patil and Dr. Veda. I had 1st meal at 12:30 pm and 2nd meal at 8:00 pm. I used to take coffee in morning and in between meals (75% water + 25% milk). Regarding meal, first I ate soaked almonds, peanuts, walnut or pista or anjir. Second, I used to take any fruit, if available. Third, I took a salad comprising cucumber and carrot or Koshimbir (carrot + cucumber + onion + tomato + curd). I ate one chapati with little rice, one bowl of dal and vegetables and sometimes one bowl of curd. I ate two boiled egg whites. Initially, it took me some time to adjust to this diet, but within three weeks, I became comfortable with it. I started walking for an hour, covering six kilometres, and included twenty minutes of bodyweight exercises such as stretching, push-ups, pullups, planks, and some yoga asanas. I used to work out five to six times a week. I am committed to following this diet plan for life and plan to share it with those who are in need. By the end of September 2025, my weight is 70.8 kg, and my waist is 35 inches.
Other improvements: improved energy levels, reduced knee pain which I had earlier, not feeling tired anymore.
I sincerely thank Dr. Dixit, Dr. Satish Patil and Dr. Veda for their constant guidance and support.
