My Transformation Story
I am suffering from diabetes from last 12 Yrs., Whenever I visited my family physician, he always used to adjust dosage of tablets but never told me about how to STOP or reduce medicines.
After my retirement I used to eat multiple times and due to that my HbA1C has gone up to 7.3. I was aware about Dr. Dixit lifestyle and heard through many of my friends and through social media, but never thought of following it. I had never imagined having food two times and that too without breakfast. But since my sugar levels were up, I had decided to follow Dr. Dixit lifestyle and finally visited their center in Pune.
When I stared to follow lifestyle, initially 4-5 days I had suffered hunger at morning time since I used to have breakfast from so many years. But later I use to have habit of two-time food in a day. I used to walk in morning time but due to this lifestyle I am able to achieve target of minimum 4.5 Kms in 40 mins in slow running pattern and I am sure in coming days I will increase distance. I had never though that I could run 4 kms without any exertions.
From last 3 months I am regularly following lifestyle with food sequence and exercise without fail. Now my HbA1C has gone down to 5.7% from 7.3% and weight has reduced to 6 kg with waist reduction of 7 cm. My tablets are reduced considerably and I am sure next month it will stop completely. I always use to have issue of stomachs and acidity but now that is completely gone. In spite of having food two times, I always feel energetic and never felt any type of weakness instead I am always feeling energetic and light.
I am committed to continue this lifestyle permanently without any sugar medication. I have already started spreading awareness of this lifestyle to my relatives and friends. I express my gratitude to Dr. Dixit Sir and his entire team who had started this free of cost Abhiyan. I wish all physicians should tell such a simple lifestyle to all their patients.
