About three months ago, in July 2025, I started suffering from severe loose motions. So, I visited Dr. Deepanjali Pawar. She checked my blood sugar on a glucometer, and it showed 240 mg/dl. She advised me to do an HbA1c test, which came out to be 10.2. She prescribed Glucomet 500, one tablet in the morning and one in the evening.

Later, one of my colleagues from the nearby shop told me about the Dr Dixit Lifestyle and suggested watching videos on YouTube. I continued taking the medicine but also started strictly following the lifestyle as explained in the videos. I sincerely followed this lifestyle for three continuous months.

On 6th October 2025, after three months, I again did the HbA1c and Fasting Insulin tests. The results were amazing — my HbA1c reduced from 10.2 to 5.6%, and Fasting Insulin was 3.9. I had entered the non-diabetic stage!

My weight also reduced from 75 kg to 67.25 kg, a loss of almost 8 kg. When I went back to Dr. Pawar, she told me to stop the diabetes medicine completely. I felt extremely happy.

On 7th October 2025, I visited the Dr Dixit Diabetes Reversal Centre at Law College Road, Pune, and became a member. I was felicitated there, and my Body Mass Index report was also generated — it came out excellent (Points: 70, Visceral Fat: 7).
I must mention that my wife supported me greatly in following this lifestyle sincerely. I now feel much lighter, more energetic, and my digestion issues are completely gone.
From now on, I will continue to follow this lifestyle for life and also spread awareness about it among others.
