My Transformation Story
In September 2023, I had a severe COVID infection. I was on a ventilator for 5 days. I was treated with a large amount of steroids, and to keep my sugar levels under control, I was given insulin injections. Before this, I never had diabetes. I was advised not to eat sweets for 6 months, otherwise, I could develop diabetes. For one year I followed this very strictly, but later I started eating sweets again.
In November 2023, my sugar levels suddenly shot up to 300, and I was diagnosed with diabetes. The doctors advised me to take insulin injections and told me that I would have to continue them for life. At that time, I had no knowledge of Dr. Dixit lifestyle. So, I began taking the injections.
In December 2023, my wife showed me a YouTube video of Dr. Dixit. At that time, I also listened to his other videos and decided to visit DRC Pune. I went there with my HbA1c report, which was 9.2%. At the center, I was guided and all my doubts about the lifestyle were clarified. I started following the lifestyle exactly as instructed.
On my own, from 15 January 2024, I stopped taking insulin injections. Every month I did my HbA1c test and reported to the center. Within just 2 months, my HbA1c came down to 5.4%. I became diabetes-free. I achieved this without taking any medicines. This gave me immense happiness. All this was possible under the guidance of Dr. Dixit sir and his team. I sincerely thank them. I feel that everyone should adopt this beneficial lifestyle.
