My Transformation Story
About four and a half months ago, I started experiencing pain and numbness in my legs. On consulting a doctor, I was advised to check my blood sugar levels. On 10th April 2025, my HbA1c came out to be 9%, which was a shockto
me. At that time, my colleague and mentor Mr. Vilas Gosavi was already following Dr. Dixit lifestyle regimen. He gave me complete information about it. At the time, my weight was 86 kg. I started following the lifestyle from 10th April. I also participated in the 7th 90-Day Challenge.
On 1st June 2025, Padma Madam guided me to get follow-up tests done. At that time, my HbA1c had dropped to 7.8% and fasting insulin was 4.67. I strictly followed all the rules of the challenge. I walked five to seven kilometers daily and followed the diet as advised by Madam, which gave me excellent results. On 26th June 2025, my HbA1c had dropped to 6%, and by 27th July 2025, it was down to 5.5%. My weight had also reduced to 80 kg. I was overjoyed to see these reports.
I sincerely thank Dr. Jagannath Dixit Sir, his entire team, and the administrators of the 90-Day Challenge. I am determined to follow this lifestyle for the rest of my life.
