As our diet plan is based on science, each one who follows it sincerely gets benefit
Each WhatsApp group has more than 50 members, Each Telegram Groups have 3000 to 7000 member and Facebook Page / Group have 60000+ members. How do we know that you are getting benefits?

Myth 1) “My success is not as spectacular as someone whose story is published on group”
Reality: Success is success! Losing 5 Kg is success and as good as losing 20 Kg Because person who lost 20 Kg, started by losing 1 Kg! Always remember that if direction is right, destination will definitely be reached, sooner than later..

Myth 2) “Let me lose 20 Kg or become nondiabetic and then I shall share my story”
Reality: Real joy and satisfaction is in the journey Celebrate each small achievement. Don’t stop yourself from sharing any success small or large!

Myth 3) “I can’t write in such good language. People would laugh at me”
Reality: More than language it is the sharing of your experience that’s most important. We have a team of translators who will be glad to help you Even you can record your success story and send it to us as a voice message!

We are a family and hence rest assured that no one will laugh at your language or tone.. Everyone here is to boost others

Please find below some Guidelines for writing your success stories which will make them effective and easy to understand for the readers.

A success story should have following contents:

1.Personal details- name, age, place of residence, occupation, height, contact number or email address, ewl group number.

2. Date of start of diet, source of introduction to diet plan like lecture, video clip , whats app message etc, date of blood tests conducted, duration of following diet before writing story.

3. Results of blood tests- HbA1C, Fasting insulin, weight, waist/ belly button circumference, hip circumference (specifically for those having pear shape obesity), other test details if any; at the start and end of observation period during diet plan.

4. Experience during first few days- existing illness before diet plan, respective medications, daily routine before diet plan, how you set up food timings, any hardships in first few days and how you overcame those. Type of exercise undertaken and duration and frequency in a week.

5. Continuation of diet plan- change observed in oneself, any gaps in diet plan or exercise, food items you had and quantity, exceptional help or guidance received during following diet plan like admin, life partners, parents, relatives, co-workers etc.

6. Change in life observed after following diet for specific period, change in existing illness status and proportion of their medicines, benefits other than weight loss in personal, social or professional life.

7. Resolution for future, any effort to spread news about diet plan in friends or relatives or co-workers,
